 MAGIC OF THE DESERT
The dance theatre “Magic of the Desert” was performed for the 25 years anniversary of the partnership of Stuttgart and Cairo in 2004. The entertaining theatre piece for the whole family presents a mixture of play, oriental (middle eastern) dance art, Arabic folklore and innovative dance fusions.
In 2005 the play was restaged to make the Arabian spirit of life accesible to the German public. The new show is a charming mixture between German and Arabic dialogues, which is equally understandable for both cultures. This makes the “Magic of the desert” an intercultural event that creates important “bridges” between East and West.
